Incomplete delivery

Printer was delivered without the user manual and installation CD. Spent days trying to download the 52mb file from the manufacturers site, download kept breaking off after reaching 30mb.

nice printer

this is a nice printer, easy to load and prints out the receipts very quickly. It was easy to set up also. the black plastic stays clean looking.

This printer is fast and reliable. It has all the features you may need for a POS (Point Of Sale) or tagging system or whatever.. You just use your imagination. It was delivered quite fast and complete with all it's accessories. I have bought more than one. Complete satisfaction.

The SRP-350II can print up to 7.87" per second at 180 dpi (dots per inch) for print clarity and contains 64 Mbit of SDRAM for responsiveness. The 16 Mbit of flash memory provides storage for graphics and data. The USB port allows connectivity to a computer or other devices (cables sold separately).
