Samsung is entering a new arena

Long time Brother customer...never would have imagined buying a Samsung for office use. Glad I did because it is one sexy machine that prints 40 pages a minute, scans quickly and is wireless too. Very easy setup on both MAC and Windows & pro.

Great Printer, But......

I think this is going to be a great purchase. I would give it 5 stars if not for one issue. Samsung customer service is proving to be quite frustrating. There are some questions that we have about the unit that are probably covered in the manual (400 pages +), but who would know? We get passed around from one tech to another. Then when that exercise is over we are told that so and so will call us back. That never happens. Maybe they expect all of their customers to be engineers. Unfortunately, we are just small business owners that need all the functions that this printer offers.

Works great. Easy to use. Great quality and prints fast. Scanner doesn't connect to PC like my last Samsung printer.
