Maintance free and great recurring cost value

This printer almost takes care of it self. When you replace the cartridge it also includes the rollers that have a tendency to were out.
I get over 5000 copies from every cartridge.
Would recommend this unite for any large or small business office.

Misfeeds paper constantly

About every 10 pages it will not pick up the paper from the tray and I have to open the tray, open the toner cover, and restart again. I have tried several different types of paper and get the same results. My advice is to save the box and packing so you can send it back. Other than that, it would be the perfect scanner, printer and copier.
