First class service-usurps the problem!
The delivery carrier broke the glass on the scanner, I was bummed. Contacted the seller and as soon as I e-mailed him a picture of the broken unit, he sent another one. I'm sorry folks but there is no better service than that! I don't even care if the printer that is coming is good or not. These folks impressed me with their stellar service. The printer I got looks nice and I bought it because it is a RICOH. You know, the guys that do practically all the card readers. I remain optimistic about the unit itself, even though I haven't been able to test one yet. :)

Printer works great and installed easily. This product certainly looks and feels very well built for being so inexpensive. It was installed onto an XP machine, so I had to download the scanning software from Ricoh's website. Later Windows versions have native scanning software so it shouldn't be needed. Final verdict is happiness all around and I highly recommend this as a budget AIO.
