it just works

I can't recall how many printers i've had over the past 20 years, but this is the only one that met my expectations. I want it to hook up easy, print, print nice quality pics, and thats it. I dont want to think about my printer, or buy $50 cartridges every year cause they dry out, or any of the other problems that plague printers. Inkjet is dead, long live the simple laserjet.

I find this rather strange
I find it rather strange from this vendor somehow this has a five star rating, when the same printer from Amazon has only three stars. I do own this printer and fond it to be so slow, that it's rarely put to use. I ran across these reviews while looking for a toner cartridge for my P3005. I would suggest to anyone considering this printer you read other review pages before purchasing. I am reposting my review here for others, I just cannot believe that HP has made drastic improvements on a printer released four years ago without changing the model number.

I've owned this printer for just over two years. When I saw it for under $250.00 my hope was it would perform at least as well as the HP LJ1200 it was to replace.

I have to say it's a bit disappointing.

Takes forever to warm up, just over...

Good printer for the money

Printer was easy to install and prints quickly with good quality. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a monochrome laser.
