Ricoh 4100NL
It is a nice printer, works well, I placed over 20 units for clients over the last 3 years, they are all working for multiple users, with no probles.
The printer has "print server" that allow using it in old terminal server 2003, as remote printer (connected to TCP/IP network port).
One should consider the toner issue, that you can not go to the near by office supply, and buy the cartridge. Reconditioned tonner is not always available, and in the long run will damage your printer.

Good Printer
I've had this printer for about a year and a half and it's great. It just works and works with no problems, no jams and no bleeding text. Just fast reliable printing.
I am not able to use it as a network printer because it's not set up near my router and the wireless add-on is too pricey so I can't comment on that abilty.
If you want a simple, fast and reliable B&W printer this is a very good one.
