If it has an X on it don't buy it
We have had several of these at my place of business and they have all had problems right away. Fusers break, rollers snap and get caught in it, and they freeze for no reason. Run fast and far from any Xerox printer.
Fast machine - reliable
The machine has met my expectations. So far no major issues after 2 months of use. So much faster than my 12 year old HP. A little noisier than expected but when special tray door is closed not bad. We do a lot of check printing and the adjustable try doesn't always fit the paper exact - so some slippage on the printing.
Great Printer
Just buy it. Easy set-up. good print speed. It is a great printer for small home / office .
I have used this printer for about a month on a mac running windows and have no complaints printing from windows or mac platform.
