I just got my Joovy Qool in Charcoal and I'm absolutely in love!
First off the set up is a breeze - it took me 10 minutes straight after opening the box. All that you need to put together are the 4 wheels and the seat. Unlock - snap - you're good to go!
The padding on the seat is plush & extremely padded!
The leather handle bars & bumper bar are what makes this stroller/pram a luxury on its own.
The charcoal frame is also an eye candy that it makes it look like you're pushing something you bought for a whole lot more.
I tested it out with my 16m old and she absolutely loves the ride. The push was a breeze through mulch & grass. It wasn't bumpy at all for the baby during the ride.
What I love about this stroller is that the telescopic handle bar conforms to my short stature & my tall husbands frame. Since it goes down to 36" it's not uncomfortable at all.

Luxury? No, not quite...
Let me start by saying at the writing of this review it is next to impossible (generously, mind you) to find a review online of this product that was not directly solicited by the company in return for a free product. I actually purchased this stroller, so my vision is not influenced by the inevitable halo of receiving an expensive, newfangled product, and being endowed by the company with a feeling of clout that could cloud my judgement. Would I love this product if I had received it for free? You bet I would!
However, seeing this product from the unbiased standpoint of an actual purchaser, I would say it's not the holy grail of strollers some reviewers would have you believe. My main concern is with the classification of this product as a "Luxury" stroller. Well-designed? Somewhat innovative? Expensive? Yes, sure. Luxury? No way. Leatherette-covered bars do not a luxury stroller make. The fact is the materials feel cheap, and these are things that I believe eliminate this...

Here's the thing -- I'm a total stroller snob.
The Joovy Qool was seriously a surprise to me, a welcome surprise, but still a surprise. The dependable Joovy brand upped their game by walking into the luxury stroller market with the Qool and totally BLEW THE COMPETITION AWAY. I have Bugaboo, UPPAbaby, Quinny and Stokke strollers (now or in the past 5 years) so I have reference points. The Qool handles like a dream and looks "badass". That is the word my husband used for our black with gunmetal frame stroller, which is great because dads helm the strollers maybe more often.
Here is what I love -- great storage, great handling, looks cool and very high-end with stitching on the leatherette bumper bar, adjustable handlebar for mom vs dad
