Love this!
I travel a lot--for work and for pleasure--and I take my son everywhere with me. This has been AMAZING and completely re-energized me about traveling. I used to travel just with just a stroller, which was okay when he was a lap child on planes but then not okay when I had to rent car seats; they were always gross and looked sketchy and unsafe. Then, I bought a travel bag for my humongous Britax car seat and I would check it. But, that meant I had to lug that big, heavy thing around the airport while pushing my son in a stroller and somehow managing to pull our luggage too! It's more manageable at the terminal where there are those metal cart things to rent or once our bags were checked, but I have had to hike through long-term parking and catch the shuttle like that!! Oh, and then, once at my destination, I had to get all that crap (and it becomes crap after a day lugging it all around) from the baggage claim to the rental agency.

Then, my son got older and needed his own...

Great until....

3 separate parts broke within the first trip of use! The concept of this product is awesome, it was really helpful for getting around on our trip. For the price of this thing you would think it would be better made. We were the only ones handling the cart so it's not as if it was being thrown around by baggage handlers. For easy standard use this thing didn't hold up at all. Very disappointed.

Great idea poorly executed

My wife and I purchased two Cruizers for our twins when we travelled. Unfortunately, because they are made from heavy gauge polystyrene, they lack the durability needed for air travel. Both Cruizers were seriously damaged on two trips. I was able to jury rig repairs so we could use them while on vacation, but they were further damaged on the return trip. We were able to use them and were wonderfully convenient, but were further damaged on the return trip. The company provided replacement parts for the damaged components. On our second trip, the carts were again badly damaged. We had the airline reimburse us for the carts, and we decided the carts, although a great idea in concept, are simply not durable enough for air travel.
