Great stroller, but do your research before buying
This review is based on the 4 strollers we used/own: Baby Trend travel system (the minivan), Snap-n-Go (the ultra compact), Bob Revolution (the SUV), and the UppaBaby Vista (her limousine). The UppaBaby is the only stroller we actually purchased, and for us, it was worth it.

We didn't purchase this before baby was born. We wanted to see if we could survive with what we had, and to see if we really truly needed it. In the beginning, the ultra compact got the most use, especially for dr appointments and quick trips to the store. Super lightweight, easy to open/fold, but steering that thing is a pain in the butt. The minivan (travel system) got used for longer trips - long walks, neighborhood strolls. It maneuvers much better than the compact, but is super bulky. Hauling it in and out of the car took more effort, so used it mostly at home. The SUV (Bob) got used about as much as the minivan, mostly because of the size and weight. Plus I didn't feel comfortable yet jogging...

Best Stroller for Tall People
Well we went to 4 different stores and tried every stroller possible.

Our Top Three Picks for tall people:

(1) UppaBaby Vista
(2) Bugaboo Chameleon
(3) Peg Perego Skate

All 3 have handles long enough for a 6'6'' guy. But, the Uppababy handles actually were about an inch or so higher all the way across and it had a curved bar at the bottom so your feet wouldn't kick it as you pushed. The other two had straight bars on the bottom that were very easy to kick.

Of the three brands, Uppababy was the only one that had solid all terrain tires instead of air filled.

The Uppababy had a separate bassinet, whereas the other two you convert the bassinet into the toddler seat.

The Chameleon and the Uppababy were quite easy to fold down. I felt the Chameleon was a little lighter for lifting from ground to trunk. The Skate was not too hard to fold, but there were several buttons so it took more steps than either of the...

Nice features, poor engineering
We have the 2009 version of this stroller. Pretty much everything about the Vista is great-- it's comfortable, the storage basket is AMAZING and you can fit practically your whole life in it, and the bassinet/seat combo is really nice. If your stroller is perfectly constructed, you've got it made. The problem is, it doesn't seem like many of these strollers are perfectly constructed; in fact, ours has had a number of problems, and I doubt that the cheap construction has changed in the 2010 model.

We originally chose to buy a higher end stroller because we put a lot of miles on it, and we were expecting to have it last through two children. However, our warranty will expire in half a year, and given our history, I don't know if the stroller will make it much past that.

When we first got it for our newborn, we were quite happy. The bassinet was great, and as our son got older it was nice to be able to switch back and forth easily between the bassinet and the...
