So, I picked up this combo of car seat and stroller mainly because of the car seat. It's one of the highest reviewed and best safety-rated of all the car seats out there and the combination with the stroller saves you a bit of money.
The car seat is excellent, documentation is directly on the base and the little computer screen makes it obvious whether you have it installed correctly or not. No qualms with the car seat, excellent all around.
A couple of things with the stroller that might be a draw back. First the locking switches on the front wheels were a real bugger to get to work properly, I had to actually unscrew them from the frame and work them back and forth with a screw driver before they were pliable enough to lock with just fingers. Not sure why this was the case, perhaps most people don't lock the front wheels at all or mine was just a manufacturing snafu. They work fine now.
My main problem was with the baby snack tray cup holder piece...
Smart, Sturdy and Safe!
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this travel system and I highly recommend it to all mothers with babies. Unlike my previous travel system, I found the initial assembly to be quick and easy. Since becoming a mother, I’ve noticed that baby equipment often comes with instructions that can be difficult to follow which has left me feeling unsure if I was using the equipment properly in the past. The instructions for the Spectra Travel System and Prodigy Infant Car Seat were so clear and concise that I felt confident that I was using it correctly and that my child was secure.
Stroller:
I was amazed at how lightweight the stroller is, and I love how easily it folds up with just one hand. The swivel wheels in the front of the stroller make it much easier to turn while pushing. I have to say that one of my favorite features of the stroller is the extra-large storage basket where I always comfortably place my diaper bag, changing pad, and shopping bags...
Bang For Your Buck Albeit Cheap-Looking
I've shopped, tried, owned and used a couple of strollers. As a Dad who loves gadgets, I'm also looking for something sturdy, has great design, and is functional.
Let's breakdown this stroller's pros and cons:
PROS/FEATURES:

2. One-Piece Push Handle - Easier to maneuver with one hand than strollers with two separate handles.
3. One-Handed Fold - Just push the button then twist by the middle of the handle and you will be able to fold the stroller
4. Drink Holder - Who doesn't appreciate a drink holder these days? In one of my strollers, I even had to buy one separately as an add-on accessory versus being included.
5. Self-Standing - Not long ago it was a selling point to be self-standing. I think strollers these days should have a self-standing feature when folded as a given.
