I purchased the Orange Single All Terrain Jogger Stroller back in 2008.

I use my Stroller daily, even in the winter months.

Unfortunately, we had the mishap of the Stroller falling from the hooks in our Garage and the handle bar had broken from the frame of the Stroller.

I contacted Customer Service at Tike Tech, with the expectation of being told, sorry, we can't help you and the stroller is not repairable. Boy was I wrong.

The speedy correspondence and exceptional friendly service from Heather and Dave at Tike Tech was definitely over and above what you would expect.

Thanks to Tike Tech and their awesome team, I will get to use my strollers for many more years.

We love this stroller!

We bought this in black 3.5 years ago for our then new born. Since it reclines we were able to use it for her at 2 months and still use it. It has great suspension and it's very comfortable for the child and feels light when you push. Great for rugged roads and bad weather. The front bar broke once because the Nanny used it to lift up the stroller but the company replaced it for free. Great customer service. It is a bit heavy if you have to lift it.

After many hours of searching and reviewing strllers my wife and I decided to try the Tike Tech City X3 Swivel. We ordered it through Amazon, It shipped from Diapers.com and of course was manufactured by Tike Tech. It arrived promptly as promised in just 2 days. We unpacked it and assembled the few parts that needed to be assembled. We were thrilled. It is sturdy, easy to fold and pushes without much effort. It fold relatively flat for a three wheeler and fits in the trunk of our 2012 Ford Focus which was our main concern. The front and rear wheels remove easily. Our 5 year old likes to ride in it but we purchased it mainly for our 7 month old who doesn't seem to have an opinion.

The negative - When we went to buckle the shoulder harness we realized that one of the clips was broken. I beleive it was broken somewhere between assembly and packaging because the broken piece wasn't in the packaging. I decided to first contact the Manufacturer, Tike Tech, to see if they...
