Not what I expected
I had bought this stroller to make it easier to get around NYC with my 20m twins. Our everyday stroller is the Citi Micro, which I adore...but it's bulky. I was looking for a slim lightweight stroller...but that's not really what I got....
Pro's:
Folds quick & easy...once you get the hang of it
Folds down tight and small
Fully reclines
Straps are quick and easy
Moves beautifully, and very easy to push
Brakes are easy to use
Cons:
Somehow manages to be heavier than the Citi Micro
PIA to open quickly
Stroller is LOW to the ground
Nowhere to put handbags & diaper bag
Flimsy hood
This stroller Does make my life easier...but not a Lot easier. And for the money you pay, you'd think you'd get more....but you don't. This stroller can in no way replace my Citi Micro, but I don't hate it. This will only be used for Bus & Train trips though...this stroller is just not up to par for my daily routine, and...
Great (umbrella style) Stroller for an almost 2 & 5 year old
I hemmed and hawed about this stroller for quite a while (primarily because of the price) My children are 4o pounds and 25 pounds. We were planning a trip to Disney world and knew a double stroller (that would allow them to fully recline and did not weigh a ton was a must. We took two singles on our last trip and it was difficult to manage two sleeping children and two strollers on the park transportation each night. We love or BOB double jogger, but had watched others struggle to fit those on the transportation as well. I ultimately chose this stroller because of its 110# weight rating. I want it to last for our numerous day trips to DC and other areas as well as next years Disney trip. It did not disappoint. It was comfortable for my boys (the older one would put the back flap of the sun shade shade onto the seat in order to extend the head support and my younger one took a nap each day in the stroller. Very Pleased
We just got this stroller after I researched for what seemed like ages on double strollers. I debated long and hard between this type of stroller (side by side) and something like the joovy stroller (one sits and other rides behind backwards). I ultimately decided on this because it just seemed like it would be more comfortable for both kids.
Ok, so what I like.
1. It is so compact when you fold it up, even my husband was impressed with this.
2. It fits both of our kids comfortably, a 4 year old who is 38 inches and a 1.5 year old who is 32 inches.
3. It is so easy to push and maneuver, I can do it one handed if need be.
4. So far it has fit through all the doors I've tried to get through.
5. It's super easy to fold up.
What I don't love about it.
1. The storage compartments are a bit hard to get to when you have kids in the seats.
2. The material the straps are made of seems rather cheap to me.
