Awesome Stroller
-The quality and construction is top-notch, no cheap plastic, frame precision engineered with precision welds, fabrics are well made.
-Bassonet, although you only use it for the first few months it is really awesome that your baby can lay out FLAT.
-The stroller attachment can face both ways AND HAS SEVERAL TILT ANGLES, easily adjustable! Child can sit upright OR lay almost flat.
-folds easily, compact, wheels come off with one hand
-size of wheels are good
-comes with zip in mosquito net and rain cover that work excellent!
downside - very expensive, but the resale is good
Although other stollers will do the job, if it's in the budget and you are looking for a high quality stroller, I would definitely recommend the UPPA.

My daughter is now 15 months old and I am still in love with our UPPAbaby Vista, 2010 in Mica. As an infant, we used the bassinet indoors and she slept in it until she literally outgrew it. The soy fabric is very soft, but it does not wash well - after the initial first wash, it pills quite a bit. However, it's one of the nicest bassinets I've seen on any stroller.
All of the features that make the UBV great are already listed and touted by other positive reviews, no need to rehash the obvious: great canopy, great handle height, tall upright seat, great basket, etc.
A few things to mention/add: at first glance it doesn't look it, but this is the EASIEST seat to get off and throw into the wash. The harness straps are unbelievably easy to adjust, no re-threading. The strap covers have a spot of velcro to keep them from sliding up and down the straps.
Two tips for owners: avoid any kind of greasy waterproof sunscreen around the fabric. My Mica color...
