We tested several - here are reasons this Joovy was best
I ordered the Joovy ultralight caboose and it arrived in 2 days. Right out of the box I already knew I loved it. But I was worried if it was the right choice without having tried any others so we test drove it in the living room, then went to some stores to test drive others. I played out every scenario I could think of that we might encounter while out with the boys (3.5 yr old and 3 month old). So this is a long review, but should hit all the things on your checklist.

We tested the Baby Trend sit n stand but the front didn't recline much so that was ruled out. The double sit n stand was a bus, so eve though their add on seat reclined more, it was just a huge stroller and we ruled it out too. Then I discovered that Graco had a simple sit n stand. It fully reclined, but everything felt cheaply made, especially the seat and canopy. Also the canopy was really useless. All of those other options were much heavier, longer, bulkier, harder to push, larger when folded, and...

Fits our needs

We have a 2 year old and 2 month old, and this stroller works great for us. My older son does not like to sit still for long, and the Joovy allows him to move about. He also likes being able to sit or stand. We made a big deal about it being like a train caboose and he ate that up. He asks to use the stroller! The infant seat portion works just fine. The basket underneath is next to impossible to access, so that is a con. I like having the handle bar caddy--I can store car keys, cash/credit card, sippy cups, etc. I recommend buying some hooks to hold a diaper bag since it is a huge hassle to try to retrieve anything from the basket below. I am a petite person, and I can easily push and turn the stroller when it is loaded down with the boys, infant seat, and 2 diaper bags. Some people complain that the older child in the back cannot nap. That was not a big deal to us because we would prefer our son not to nap in the stroller at his age.

Difficult to maneuver

The stroller is much heavier than expected especially with two children in it and does not seem to have the capability to manage the weight.
