Great company to buy from
This company shipped the product quickly, it was a new product, really like the printer, speed is awesome, a little loud but if you do a lot of printing it will save you a lot of time. I am happy with my purchase, I used to have a HP 4050DN (still working) and this was a great product but after 10 years we needed a little more speed and the P4014DN did the trick. I think HP printer are built to last.

I bought this network printer last year for my office. It replaced a noisy Dell printer. So far, I have had to call the service guy 4 times altogether. 3 times there was a software glitch. The 4th time he overhauled the whole printer and replaced some parts. It seems to be fine now (fingers crossed). Fortunately, it is still in warranty.
Other than that, it is a excellent office network printer.
Unfortunately, the toner only lasts 10,000 copies. That makes it expensive. HP sells the toner for around $160. But cheaper compatible toners are available and seem to work fine.HP P4014DN Laserjet Printer
