Bad design
The seat is fine with one exception. Since I bought my original stroller and seat a couple years ago, they made some slight modifications to this seat. To adjust the height of the straps at the shoulder level, you now have to wedge the plastic piece through the back of the seat fabric and through the hard backing of the seat. This is nearly impossible to do! Don't even think about trying to adjust it once your kid is already seated. I've only successfully gotten it through the fabric portion thus far and have just left it there for now. It's obviously a tiny hole so that the strap won't slip back through, but trying to get your fingers in there is very difficult. I'm going to need a lot of patience and maybe some tools when I reattempt. Unfortunately unless they change the design of the seat to how it used to be with easy to adjust latching hooks on the exterior, not much you can do. Bad design Baby Jogger!
Almost three years after, baby jogger continues to be a favorite!!
My first child will he be 3 years old in December and we still love this stroller. I purchased the second seat for my second baby who is now 9 months. I notice they improved the straps to make them easier to snap on and off. Color and quality are still the same. My husband was hesitant when I decided for the baby jogger telling me it was expensive, but we knew we wanted another child and on the long term it was going to be a good investment. I was right!!! So many of my friends had already changed their strollers twice trying to find a more practical and convenient stroller and ended up spending more and more money. My stroller grows with my family, I recently purchased the second seat and both kids sleep on it just perfect facing either way. I also got a tray for my oldest child and a glider for him to stand when he gets tired of seating. While my friends have like three different strollers for each ocation, I have it all in one! I give it 5 stars!!!

We are very happy with the City Select Stroller! My children are two years apart, I used the car seat for the baby as a second seat up until 6 months and finally switched to a seat! Love this stroller, a little heavy but otherwise great!
