Great stroller at a great price!
I have a very tall 2.5 year old (38 inches tall) and a 7 month old. I spent a LONG time hunting for a stroller that would work for both my girls and not break the bank. I considered sit/stand type strollers, but for a longer outing, I wanted more than a jump seat for my toddler. Finally it was down to the city mini double and the scooterx2. The scooter won because of price and because I thought my tall toddler fit better. It was cheapest to order from the manufacturer (free shipping/no tax). We LOVE the Orangie color - it is very bright!
The city mini double might steer a little easier, and I also preferred its fold. However, it also cost $200 more and the belly bar is an added accessory. Also, the city mini basket is not easy to access. The ScooterX2 has a huge basket, and more than holds my large diaper bag, a couple baby dolls, and bags from stores in the mall. Its fold is easy enough to do, though you do need to recline the seats all the way, which is a little annoying...

Ok. I have to admit, I've owned every single stroller on the market. Some would call me a stroller hoarder. Problem was.... I loved 3 or 4 different strollers for different reasons. One stroller would have a great this.... but not a great that.... so that's how I justified having my fair share of strollers. Well, my hubby got tired of working around all of them in the garage and told me to pick ONE! So, I sold all my other strollers while searching for the "Perfect fit". After 4 months of research..... I decided to take the plunge. The stroller came and my hubby (grumbling all the way) put it together, took him about 10 minutes and I decided to try it out by taking my kids (4yrs & 18 months) for a stroll. We took the dog too! Thinking... I'm so not going to be happy with this. Right? I have NEVER loved a stroller.... way back to when my oldest, now 10, was born. Let me tell you.... THIS STROLLER IS GREAT. Here is what I love:

No, it's not a Bob or even a Baby Jogger, but you're also paying half the price! I admit, I was a bit of a stroller snob with my first, I didn't want a cheap brand so we got the baby jogger elite. Yes it's a very nice stroller and I loved it...then I was faced with the dilemma of having to buy a double stroller when our second baby was born (they are 22 months apart). I had 2 choices: continue with my stroller 'snobiness' and fork out over $500 for a nice name brand stroller, or find alternatives. I went back and forth a million times and was still undecided.
