Review after 8 months of use
This product has been everything I was hoping it would be in a small office/workspace environment.
Previously, we had been using a large Xerox color copier, paying nearly $1k a month for a lease including supplies. In my search for a replacement as the lease ended on that unit, I found that most replacements were lacking on feature or another. I needed the following in this unit: Color Print/Copy, Fax, Scan to email (minimum 50 pages), and touchscreen LCD. It also needed to have a reasonable print speed. It all had to cost less than $4k.
This unit has met all of the expectations and saved us a ton of money in the process. It is extremely feature rich, integrated fairly easily with our Exchange 2007/Active Directory accounts for scan to email, and even allowed us to put a custom background with our company logo on the LCD screen.
