Printer works ok, was able to get the drivers from online HP driver support.Only draw back is that the printer cartridges are very expensive. If I would have known about the laser printer more I would have rather bought that instead of this printer to save money on the printer cartridges,the only exception is when it comes to print color then I will be needing this HP 990Cxi.
