Exactly What we hoped for
We wanted to eliminate several printers and consolidate into just one networked/shared printer and this one fit the bill perfectly. We had a little issue with Windows 8 and the setup of the older USB receipt printers we tried so I assumed a network model would work and I was right.
Installation was a little bit complex, you can't simply plug the device into the network and use the Windows add printer dialog boxes. You're required to use the printers setup software but it works. Since setup 3 months ago I haven't had a call back so...I consider that a winner.
