Warning: I am a Samsung whore.

Almost everything I own, except my car and dog, are Samsung products. This printer is great, as I've come to expect from Samsung. Easy to set up, works flawlessly, and I love being able to print from my phone! I would take off half a star, if I could, for the way the paper hangs out of, rather than rests completely within, the internal paper tray. Poor design from a company that usually gets an A+ in product design. And on a personal note, I would have gone with an all-black design, rather than two tone. But that's just personal taste and doesn't detract from a quality product.

Good printer, Bad Samsung Support
This is a rewrite of a scathing one star review. The reason for the one star? My experience with Samsung Live Chat and Phone Support and the false information provided by them. What got it back up to four stars? My contact with Samsung FaceBook Support. For two different issues (Power Button not fully powering off the printer, getting locked out of SyncThru Web Services when I changed the login ID and password) I was told I would need to ship my brand new printer in to be serviced. What I have since discovered, is that the first issue is simply the device working as intended (a simple mention in the manual would have explained this), and the other, while definitely a flaw in the design of SyncThru, was easily fixed via Easy Print Software.

I haven't had time to fully check out the printer, but first impressions are that it's a nice enough budget printer, if inadequately documented in the manual. If you decide to take the plunge and get this printer and have questions...

Nice Printer

This is my first Laser printer and I haven't had it long enough to rate its endurance but so far I like it. It prints very quickly and text quality is top notch. The only thing I don't like about it is that it goes into standby too quickly. There should be some way to change the standby timeout.
