Love the city mini bassinet
We loved using the city mini bassinet for our baby and got so much use out of it. We started using it as soon as we got home from the hospital, and took her for many walks in it. It is padded with foam and our baby slept very comfortably in there during walks. It easily disconnects from the stroller base, and is not too heavy. I used bassinet sheets to line it, they fit perfectly and made it easy to clean. The mosquito net that it comes with was also excellent for blocking out sun and anything from blowing into the bassinet. We used it until she was about 3 1/2 months old...because she was so tall and grew out of it. I would have kept using it otherwise.

The only issues I had with the city mini bassinet are 1. the price--however, we were lucky enough to find a gently used one on craigslist that was in perfect condition, for half the price....I definitely recommend doing this. and 2. The hood is sometimes a little tricky to put down because you have to press both buttons...

So spacious

We LOVE our bassinet. It is the most spacious and comfortable bassinet I have ever seen. Our baby is not 5,5 months and she can still easily fit in it. I think we will be good until 8 months or so. the only negative is that it doesn't have straps for when the baby starts sitting up. Most of the European strollers have it and I truly miss it on this one. But overall for what is on the market in the US, I highly recommend this bassinet.

Absolutely love it!!

It's hard to tell what the product looks like from that tiny picture, but it's very well made and my little one was able to sleep in it for 4 months. I would use the bassinet for walks and going out and about that way she wasn't stuck in her car seat the entire time. I'd use the bug shield as a way for her to look out and also stop anyone from trying to touch her. I also found it perfect for her to sleep in as I just would leave it attached to the stroller put it right next to the bed, so when she started to cry I could easily move the stroller to where it was easiest for me to feed her. When the bassinet is attached to the stroller it comes to a good height so they aren't too low like the Bugaboo one. The little mattress pad in it is great and you can use bassinet sheets for it. Highly recommend and totally worth the price as I know it's expensive. Don't go for the cheaper one as the baby can't sleep in that one
