Great stroller with a few minor issues.
The stroller is a dream come true with a few minor issues. For instance, it's hard to recline the seat and takes two hands do do it. Also, depending on how you do it, the back can become tilted.
The back pocket also could be a little bigger. Can't seem to fit a lot in there.
Another thing was that I waited twenty plus days to receive it and it didn't arrive. Then, I called customer service and within two days they shipped a new one with a working tracking number, which arrived three days later. So, in case something happens with your package, you know that Balkowitsch Enterprises is reliable and will fix the problem (which is a wonderful thing considering the price of purchase!).
Lastly, my husband, who put it together, thought the user guider made it harder to assembly the stroller. But he did it fast enough.
Despite the above issues, my baby and I LOVE it and walking/jogging is much more fun! (Just a little background, my baby used to hate his previous stroller...
