A few things to know
I took a chance ordering this off of Zulily recently, with very few reviews online. I wanted it as a standalone product vs. just an accessory for the stroller, mostly for the portable bed aspect. A few things I found right away when it arrived were:
1) The fabric on the sides isn't breathable. I went on Bloom's site and did a chat with a rep from Bloom who told me "it's not meant to be used as a bed" even though the description says "portable bed." The other similar portable beds and bassinets, like Phil and Ted's, have mesh sides and breathable fabric. The Zen stroller itself was listed as having breathable fabric, so I figured this would. But - nope. So - don't use this "portable bed" as a portable bed because the sides aren't breathable so it's not very safe if you're not watching/asleep.
2) Bloom no longer supports this product OR the Zen stroller, according to the chat rep today (4/16/14). All other questions have to go to Babyzen - it was just a...
